The first bantam that we adopted was the elderly Ogg – she was not going to be the last! It wasn’t long before we found that we had gradually acquired a flock of eight bantams headed by the cockerel Harry. Harry and his seven wives are a lovely, vocal group that enjoy nothing more than clucking around and enjoying watching the world going on around them. Ogg is still very much the elder stateswoman and enjoys keeping an eye on everyone.
